UMBC’s University Communications and Marketing (UCM) team has created a toolkit of design template options for use with the promotion of events related to the new Arts+ initiative. If you have questions about the tools, or find a need for something not yet found here, please contact Jim Lord.
Arts+ Wordmark and Usage
Wordmark Use
This wordmark should be used with any campus work related to Arts+. Designers should make every attempt to use the primary version of the logo. The Arts+ wordmark has a permitted minimum height of 1 inch. For questions on use, please contact Jim Lord.

Arts+ Event Program
Please use this Canva program template for any campus events related to Arts+. As you will see, the program cover has a branded footer area with space for your department’s graphic lock-up. The interior pages do, as well. The back cover contains some overarching information about Arts+ and how to support the arts at UMBC. If you do not have a Canva account, you can create a free account to work with these templates.
In the folder, you will find options for multiple page counts; you may also expand if needed for your purposes. We recommend printing with commonvision or an external printer versus printing in-house. For questions about these templates, please email canva@umbc.edu.

Arts+ Event Poster
Please use these poster templates for any campus events related to Arts+. As you will see, the majority of the space is open for you to design. The footer space allows you to add in your department’s graphic lock-up and additional information, if desired.
In the folder, you will find versions with different UMBC colors in three sizes: Flyer (8.5×11), Small Poster (11×17), and Poster (18×24). We recommend printing with commonvision or an external printer versus printing in-house. For questions about these templates, please email canva@umbc.edu.
